giving paypal last 4 digits of SSN safe?
 

so today i noticed i could apply for a paypal debit card, however they require that i send them the last 4 digits of my SSN. I also have 2 other accounts using my same info that is listed in my SSN number, so is it safe to just give the last 4 digits to paypal for the debit card?
and is the debit card really worth it?? im totally against giving paypal any info regarding my SSN but getting money whenever i want seems really good.

I am interested in knowing the answer to this too. I have an account under my husband's name and want to get the debit card. But, stopped when they asked for the last 4.
