Paypal phone number bypass

hi guys,
so whenever i try to withdraw or send my funds from my paypal to another, i get the phone verification step; but i actually no longer in posession of those numbers, so technically i cant send. and even when i try to add a new number, i get to verify first the old number in file. i have no idea how to go around this update, please let me know of your thoughs

Also - are you sending via F&F?

Yeah i have the account details, and yes im using the f and f option

Repeated f&f option might be the factor giving you issue

either try withdrawing the funds to your bank account or call their CS and see if they can help updating the phone.
