180 days over, how to withdraw

I have one paypal accounts which have ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name.

Accounts is limited and now 180 days are over. I have got email that I can withdraw money from this account.

but the problem is that the name in this account is ⊗⊗⊗⊗.

So tell me how I can withdraw money from this accounts.

This Account is Indian Paypal Account.

How were you withdrawing funds before the account was limited? If it was bank account, then you withdraw just like normal. Click the withdraw button.. :typing:

the name in that account is ⊗⊗⊗⊗. its not my name there. so the problem is if I withdraw by cheque how i can get cash?
