Default "we can't verify it's you" after enabling 2FA

I enabled 2FA, because i am tired to log into accounts and see it's asking me for a phone number...even if i was using the account for 7-8 months without a problem.
so i decided to enabled 2FA...each time i enable 2FA i can't log anymore into the accounts, even if before i was logging without a problem ,no phone asked,etc

I'm assuming you are using the same computer, browser, user account, IP etc?

Yes! even the same session , i just log out and log in again and boom , not good

the hell... what IP are you using? Home based, VPN (which VPN) ?

paypal have two main verification options which must both be valid , that is authenticator and phone

2FA can only be successfully used if you add both with delay

for example authenticator now and mobile in 2 weeks

if paypal do not allow to log in at all without offering verification options it usually means that details were recently changed so you either need to call or you need to wait for some time after details were updated

I've never used them myself, but I've seen it said that protonmail causes issues. Maybe that's somewhere to start.
