Create legit biz account, but I'm banned on personal

I was banned on PP about 10 years ago, using my real personal info.

I need to create a business account for my S-Corporation. I will register using the business EIN, not personal SSN, and a business address that is different than my personal. Also new email address, and presumably new phone # will be required too.

Will they tank my business account fast, or is this acceptable to them?

Do you think I could use the same info as my banned account (email/phone?) or do they keep that forever?

They keep info a long time so - it's risky

Guess I'll do a new email/phone with a new address and bank account #. Do they ask for personal SSN though, when registering a biz account? Also, is a Google Voice # ok, or do they need a real # for a biz account?

You should give it a try since only recently they changed to Managed Payment.

From what I've seen it'll work.

ebay don't care about old suspensions anymore , any verifiable details can be used if they were not suspended on MP

and even if suspended on MP they can be used if suspension was not for fraud or trademark/copyright

As long as you are using a brand new device (not just IP) and information, you should be fine. I was in a similar situation and I've been using the business account for years without any issue.
