paypal payment in monthly installments
 

sorry for my poor english. I have a question, did you understand what paypal does to accept payment in installments? because for me it only works once with a new account just created. then I tried many times with many accounts, new phone, new address, new number, new credit card, new pc. but he always refuses me, I also tried with an old account. I always get this message:

Sorry, we can't approve your request We will send you an email with more information. Meanwhile, you can still complete your payment with PayPal quickly and securely.

does anyone know what i can do?

You trying to get approved for pay monthly plan?

PayPal has pay in 4, pay monthly and PayPal credit

in Italy it has 3 monthly installments. I've already used it once but I can't anymore. even with everything new

Well it’s maybe a credit issue.. have you had any thing bad to impact your credit?

none are stealth accounts, the first one just created worked.

arent we allowed just 2 accounts per person?
I have not used my Paypal account lately,has it changed?
