PayPal Account gets banned right way. Please Help.
 

Hi everybody,

I'm trying to create a german PayPal Business account but it gets banned right away in just seconds. They don't even ask for documents or credit card.

I'm using:
-IP Burger Residential Premium Proxies Germany - ISP
-Chrome with profiles and IPBurger Chrome extension
-Real and new Sim Cards for phonenumber. You need to identify your sim cards in germany. I buy sim cards on ebay which are already ready to go. They were never used. I know that because the sim card is still in the plastic. I think you know what I mean.
-Random name
-Real address from small shops
-Windows 10
-I go to the PayPal site from google and after that to google again. And also accept cookies.
-I even tried to warm up the chrome profile by visiting websites with high trust for couple of days.
-email: I tried gmail and outlook

Stripe works without any problems!

So why is that happening with PayPal?
Maybe a personal account would work but I need a business account for e-commerce. I think it's because of the IP but I heard a lot of positive things about IPBurger.

Does anyone have an idea?

Have you tried tethering?
Are you using sticky ip?
Have you tried new user accounts with administrator rights and different name?
Try different browsers and different email providers.
You can use your real name and ID number

Everything else as per ebay stealth?

Your IP selection is good. There's no issues there

Try buying a normal phone / sim card from your local store

Try opening a personal account. If successful, wait a day or two and then convert it to business using a NEW windows user account (not the same profile you created the account on).

I’ve created 2 business paypals recently without issue. It could be you using random name. Use all real details. And it could also be the phone number

IPBurger is a data center ip and not a residential ip

lately PayPal don't like that very much even if it's new ip and have never been used before

why not using your sim card 4g ip ?

This is absolutely incorrect. . . .

They have datacenter IP as well as residential IP.
They also have a static single residential IP now too.

it could be that your browser isn't good enough or the data you used are bad.
Work on these 2 elements and see if it helps.

Immediate ban in just seconds usually feels like it has to do with the IP used - or if cookies exist linking to past accounts...

Paypal has now updated their systems, especially checks.
It is still possible to create [stealth] Paypal accounts, but much harder than before. I managed recently to create some of them without issue.

sooner or later they will use this kind of verification everywhere.

Btw the account where you have been asked for this, which country was it? and was it after you submitted docs or when did they request this?

It was on my main account.. aged 2 years with nice transactions daily. I had $500 in my balance and tried to instant transfer into my bank and they requested this.. it was easy to pass because it wasn’t stealth.

This is becoming the norm everywhere. Even on a local smaller marketplace in my country theyve already started using this verification.

Seems like it was triggered by your request - I wonder if you requested a smaller amount would it have triggered??

Is this US only? Anybody receiving this verification from other countries?

Now the question is...the same way you can still create accounts with your real ID even if previously banned will this new verification affect that or will you still be able to create new accounts with the verification?

I have had a few instant transfer requests before this at around $2500 each and both completed no issues. This was around a month ago. So I’m not sure what triggered it because $500 shouldn’t have raise any red flags
