| Most folk here are operating stealth accounts, selling dodgy wares/services or knowingly breaking their TOS. I doubt many have spend money employing a solicitor knowing they're on thin ice and understandably don't want to attract unwanted attention if it did get as far as a court.
Those who have genuine cases via a legitimate business or activity don't tend come here for advice, so maybe asking on an official forum would be more productive.
If the account is stealth or has definitely broken their TOS, IMO all you can do is apply pressure after 180 days have passed and see what you can achieve. If you're feeling confident in your legal right to the money then simply take them to the Small Claims Court which you can do yourself online. |
