IP Burger Proxy Suggestion for PayPal

Hello,

I have multiple stealth PayPal accounts, Which proxy should i buy from ipburger to use PayPal accounts ?

Residential, Static Residential or Fresh ip? Need the safest so PayPal won't ask for Phone Verifications etc..

Sometimes you might think one thing is the issue when its actually something else completely different...have you tested with mobile IP to make sure?

i had bad experience with ipburger residential ips, a lot of time it ask for captcha and problem sending payments

I bought Residential ip from ipburger. and facing same issue..

Recaptchas and issue with sending payments.

if a large audience is using the same collection of IPs to stealth and what not they slowly stop being as effective as they initially were...I only use mobile IP for PayPal but proxies for seller accounts
