Creating a new PayPal account while in a different country

I was permanently limited by PayPal back in my home country and am currently staying in another. The last time that I tried to create a new account which was a year ago, my PayPal would instantly get permanently limited. Do you guys think my PayPal will stick this time if I were to open one in a different country and using different information as much as possible?

if you follow stealth well, you should be able to avoid instant limitation.

You should look up on Paypal website what limitations for that new country you intend t o open an account.and the fee they charge

You need to open paypal in the country where you are located or you will use RDP, although I know people who used Paypal USA, but the phone number was European, but it was all temporary until paypal limited the account
