What is withdraw to card processing time?
 

Started using PP after a while on a new account. It is EU account which allows to withdraw to credit card.
This morning tried to withdraw to card and noticed they are actively hiding the processing time now...

Before withdraw they title says it is 1-3 days for money to reach bank.

In a transaction details it is 5-7 days to reach bank.

And Email arrived saying "we are processing your withdraw bla bla bla and it can take up to 12 hours to reach your bank account" but no info how long it will take before they start to process it.

And withdraw is not even "complete" - it shows as "pending". And nowhere can find info how long it is going to be pending before they will process it.
A couple of years ago they used to give info with a hours like 24 or 48 hours delay because of security reasons bla bla bla but now nothing - just pending without any extra info. So for how long it is going to be? ...because i remember after it turns into "complete" it used to arrive to card instantly..

money arrives instantly but paypal may not send it instantly , you just observe when it shows that payment is not pending anymore

first,your source of fund,is it a recent payment from a buyer using credit card,debit card or paypal fund or bank fund and where is he?
All these matter how fast Paypal collects his payment.
The $$ yu see in your Paypal account is really advanced by Paypal until it collects the money from your buyer's institution.
So you can see if you want to transfer out of your Paypal account immediately ,Paypal is not going to make it easy for you if it is a large amount.
Then where are you and where and what bank are you using,are you using a bank account,bank debit card or credit card?
what country credit card are you using,not all credit cards can accept incoming fund.
