PayPal blocking purchase payments

I recently tried to fulfill orders using my PayPal balance but my payments are being blocked.

Before that I made payments without issues and quickly used up all available funds for fulfillment. After that I received a chargeback. I believe those actions led to my payments being blocked.

Is there anyway around this? How long till they let me make payments again?
Anybody experienced this?

I recently cant buy anything on aliexpress. Theres no error messages on PayPal side but on aliexpress side it says please use different payment method but I recently placed a bunch of orders with my PayPal balance

After a lot of investigating its paypal side. I'm so sick of them disrupting my stores. I'm going the payoneer withdrawal route and will get a vcc. Even onbuy is officially moving away from PayPal from February

Okay tried a payment again and finally got the limitation. All funds locked including available funds. Have to provide proof of fulfillment. Pray they dont rob me.

Paypal like Ebay does not like retail arbitrage,you get paid and then use the Paypal payment to buy from Alibaba.
You need some working capital(money of your own) to buy ,

You can't... you hve to use your own money to buy labels

He is doing retail arbitrage,he needs the money to pay the vendor for the goods sold,vendor will do the shipping.
He has to have some money of his own,it is called working capital in business
