Paypal UK Business account first sales
 

Hello everyone,

I opened a paypal account for my Shopify store, it has been open for about 1 year, but now I have just started to focus on my own website and now the first order has arrived. But "We need some information from you." I got an email with They are asking me for the following 4 different information. Is there anything I should be worried about and watch out for before posting these? As for the products I sell, we sell computer products. Ram, storage products, mouse, keyboard, operating system etc.

photo ID
Provide proof of fulfilment
Provide proof of purchase from your supplier
Provide more information about your transaction(s)

Now paypal ask this info most time when you get first payment as goods. In future i advice you to receive several payments without shipping address if you don't have any history on paypal account. In this case you have smaller chance to get limited. Now you need to provide requested info ASAP. If you don't do this fast you have big chance to be banned for 180 days.

Good luck! Please update this thread once you will provide all required documents to paypal.. I would be very interested to know if this account will be unlocked or not.

your accnt is toast. dcs used to pass for these. not anymore.

Hello, After giving the necessary information to Paypal, it was said that a back would be made within 3 days, but no back was made. Today, however, it has been 21 days since the sale and I was able to withdraw my money to my Wise UK bank account without any problems. For your information

I typed wrong. After Paypal sent the information they wanted, it was said that they would return within 3 days, but no response was made.

They will say 3 days,7 days but it could take longer.
