Unauthorized transaction and PayPal

few days ago i received an email of F&F transaction from one of my stealth account . i report this as Unauthorized transaction in PayPal . 2 hours later i get a response from PayPal "the Claim denied" and there is no evidence of Unauthorized transaction they say

Most likely i was a victim of phishing site obtain my login info but the real question is how PayPal AFS couldn't see that ?

I think they can tell how it arrives at www.paypal.com

They look at if the name and address for the shipping is all the same and if the I P address is from the same area as the registered details on the account.

They recently busted a Russian site which was selling individual name,address,SSN,credit card info,some of that information were obtained from the victims they hacked and paid for ransom like hospital,small businesses,school etc.

or like the other pointed out .check viruses on your device-phone,PC.

When Paypal was the only payment processor for Ebay,it can check to see what the person was doing at that time,if he was online and browsed and /or bought other items but filed UA for just one,this is a dead giveaway.
not knowing the technical,they can tell how you landed on Ebay

You mean your account sent out an F&F to someone you don't know?

His account received a F&F - maybe a phishing e-mail as well

did the fund come from your PAYPAL BALANCE or bank account or cc?

if that person used your device to send ,then Paypal concluded you DID it.

i don't think who ever did that used my device . it could be he used a similar IP address of mine and user agent

if it comes from cc,then you can file chargeback with cc,

is your device a smart phone?
do you have bank and paypal pasword saved on it?
