Reaching PayPal Limit

Back in August 2022 I got email from paypal that I am ABOUT to reach the limit pf payments I can send during one year, and after reaching the limit i will have to submit docs. Since then I have never used the account to send any payment. ( So I didn't exceed any limit)

Now in 2023, will paypal reset the limit and allow me to count from zero? or is something accumulated?

if they do reset it, they probably reset it within 1 year you reached your limit I'd think

Are you talking about EU paypal accounts?
