PayPal limitation help?

Hi again all after losing the SIM card to the PayPal account they have added a limitation on it so I think the account is gone now they asking for ID proof seen from my email.

Well I can’t get access so there’s no point waiting for 6 months for the funds to get released, there’s about £1 thousand in there.

SIX months later,it would ask for your id to make sure you are the owner of the account before you can attach a bank account.

They are asking for ID on the account now I think it’s been 6 months, but like I said I lost access to the account because I can’t verify cause lost SIM card and forgot the address.
