Paypal Direct Deposit(Routing, Account number)

I'm trying to connect paypal to ebay.

Routing and Account number must need to link to eBay(for selling)

How do I open direct deposit on paypal? (Get Routing, Account number)

i saw it on youtube.

Do i have to apply Paypal credit debit mastercard??

and can get routing + account number??

And dont need to Activate?? or have to activate card??

I cannot actually pick up the card. So i ask abt this.

you will need some credit history in usa to get paypal credit debit mastercard

There is a Paypal MC debitcard with a monthly fee,it is linked to Bankcorp Bank,once approved,you can link it to your US paypal account and move money back and forth.
But you would need a US address so they can mail you the card,I think SSN is also needed.
But you are not in US,it wont work

Looks like the only debit card Paypal offers is the business debit card,you need
o request a PayPal Business Debit Mastercard, you'll need to have:

A business account.
Confirmed your identity.
Confirmed your address.

the US info is doable but you don't have the SSN...which makes it harder

I cant find any infor on personal credit/debit card information on Paypal website,but I have a Paypal debit card which I have not used for years,no one said it is no longer any good?

To use PayPal Direct Deposit specifically, need a paypal personal acct, verify your identity (name,address,SSN and birth date) to set up Balance Account. Business accts don’t offer direct deposit.

Ebay wants the bank routing number and account number.
A paypal account does not have such.
He needs a US bank account,and he cant get one as he is not in USA,he dpes not have a SSN and a physical US address.
Why must he have a US Ebay account,why not open on in his own country
