this seems to be a uk problem. correct me if im wrong but i believe that paypal previously did this in the US and got in trouble and they no longer do it

Of course one would leave the bank open if there were funds available but in this case there was a negative balance, which should be an indirect way of saying "you should close your bank or we're coming" :juggle: lol
