you can't close limited paypal account. you can close only active account. by the way even if you close your account paypal save all your data. so don't worry. your details will be forever listed in paypal database.

A paypal can only be closed if it is not limited, once it goes into limitation, you cannot close it again

delete all history and cookies and NEVER AGAIN log into the limited account. then your dads account wont have any issues. also reset your IP on the router.

If you have not used the same browser as your father and it’s been some time since you have shared the IP address then the chance is that they have not linked you.

No, you can't log back in to YOUR account.

Your dad's ACC should keep the same PC for the history and cookies.
