Hi. I remember a whole back ago, circa 2017, adding an America vba to PayPal, and buying things on credit for about 90 quid before the PayPal got limited. Was that normal or did the bank account have funds. Still bugs me to this day of what could have been

vba is not very good option. so limitation is normal
