Have an american PP while living abroad
 

Hello guys,

1. I want to know what can I do to have a US PP living abroad.

2. If anyone have any suggestions or maybe suggesting me to use proxies to be in the US market please let me know

as a courtesy to US members,you can continue to use your US Paypal account linked to US bank account as expatriate.(see,the truth is Paypal is a US company,it can access your US bank account like before,makes no difference where you are)

wait,if you are going to buy and get buyer protection for items shipped to your foreign address,you will need to open a local Paypal account,use your local address,link both your US and local bank account.
Go to Paypal site to learn more,if you sell,and receive US dollars,you would need to specify if you want it to be converted to local currency or keep as US dollars

If he already has a US Paypal account,I dont think Paypal will care.

You can use a residential I P address which is in the US from abroad.

I wonder how this would work for someone who is living abroad and renounces their US citizenship

Bare in mind t hat paypal has issues paying on cross country websites, its better to just use local paypal/card.

Paypal would not know if you have given up your citizenship.
You can keep using your US Paypal account from abroad if Paypal does not suspect someone is trying to hack your account,
But then do you want to link a local bank account in local currency?
if so,you need a local Paypal account

PP wouldnt know unless person tells them directly and volunteers info
