Can i use PP from UK to purchase stuff in US
 

Hello guys,

I wanted to ask if it is possible to buy items from gymshark or gap in the US while using a pp UK or any other one because I was buying a gift for my uncle that lives in the US from gymshark and gap , so i used a polish PP and it got denied, and i don't want to use any other form of payment, just PP and with the polish PP it is not working so i was wondering if with other PP it would be better, any suggestions ?

is it PAYPAL balance,credit card,debit card or bank fund?

He was using a Polish Paypal account and got denied.
So it is not his Polish Paypal account but the credit or debit card he is trying to use.which got denied.

How can he avoid using Paypal exchange rate if he wants to buy in USA using a foreign credit/debit card??
The seller expects to receive US dollars,unless OP has US $ in his Paypal balance or a US issued credit/debit card?

Yes you can use your UK PayPal account to pay a US website who takes PayPal, the conversion rate will not be good though.

Yes that is fine paypal country registration doesn't usually matter when using PayPal to pay for anything

alright - try to avoid using the exchange rate of pp - it's below competitive rates :(

I had several problems while trying to place orders on USA websites while USING UK PayPal, my order was always cancelled or couldn't be processed. Please share any websites that you manage to place orders with using UK paypal if you succeed.

what is your source of fund?
you know PAYPAL would have to convert from GBP to US dollars

It’s GBP paypal balance, tried paying via paypal linked card too , always issues on us websites for me, EU works fine (I’ve got UK paypals)

Yes , you can you'll probably be charged a foreign fee though
