Amazon all you have to do is open a case with AAA, it costs like 1k, but supposedly Amazon is suppose to reimburse you for it? Whole process takes over a year though.
| Who is this AAA which you speak of? Sounds interesting. I was thinking of working with someone like the lawyers They have been going at it for years now and have thousands of positive reviews too. Quote:
Paypal: I actually got a call from this lawyer (Dan Law arbitrations) that paypal is ready to settle the case. I had original filled with fairshake which led me to the above
| How was your fairshake experience, did you identify yourself legally to them and explained the situation or did you work with them assuming the stealth accounts identity. :spy: I'm curious to know how transparent you can be in these situations. If it was up to me I would assume the stealth accounts identity all the way to court however I don't think the courts would be too pleased with me if they found out. :ballchain: |
| TheBosss | 11-19-2023 09:42 PM | Re: PayPal confiscated funds American Arbitrage Association , amazon lawyers are like 2-3k at least I think, i'm sure you'd get your money and faster, but obviously less of it lol and would have to pay upfront. Fairshake referred me to this paralegal team which got bought out by Dan Law. And tbh idk what to do. Because I imagine Dan Law would be the one sending me the money most likely in a check in which at that point it would be awkward as I wouldn't be able to cash it and have to tell them. |
| brocoli | 11-19-2023 09:58 PM | Re: PayPal confiscated funds How did you get your money back after contacting the AAA, was it check, bank transfer via logging back into the account? Did you have any obstacles considering if it was a stealth account oppose to it being under your legal name?
In regards to the payment you are trying to get from PayPal, I agree if you are going to get reimbursed I would assume it would be check as it is most common however don't forget we live in a digital world now and it's become even more so it is a strong possibility you can have the sent electronically especially if it's a entity separate from a large company such as a firm. I predict a transfer would be pretty common. You definitely should inquiry about these things. As for fairshake I'm assuming you assumed the stealth accounts identity during contact? |
| TheBosss | 11-20-2023 07:27 AM | Re: PayPal confiscated funds I did not get my money back, I said the story in my comment. Fairshake yes, no point in explaining to them a stealth, they wouldn't understand lol |

| agent006140 | 11-24-2023 02:12 PM | Re: PayPal confiscated funds If OP wins the AUP violation, and PAYPAL decides to send him a bank check in stealth name,he could have problem cashing it.
He is in US,some banks do not accept endorsed checks.
Paypla would probably return your money to your stealth Paypal account and you have to figure how to spend it.buy something or send it to another Paypal account
AUP violations is a mile long, sometimes it could make mistake,so you should go to Paypal site and get the list and see where you stand |
