Scammed by a buyer
 

What should I do?

I sold an authentic set of TV Series on eBay for $150. The buyer said it was ⊗⊗⊗⊗ (it's real!) and requested for a refund. I said fine, then she sent the items back with a C.O.D. for $20 claiming that it was her "shipping costs reimbursement". I refused to pay the COD.

A week later, the buyer filed a Paypal claim that it was ⊗⊗⊗⊗. Paypal/eBay limited my accounts QUICKLY after that, maybe like 2 hours after the report. By now, I already withdrew all the funds from my Paypal to my bank and out of my bank account. Today, Paypal sent me a message saying that she won the claim (bull****, the items were genuine). Now they want me to pay back the money.

She's a damn scammer, she probably copied the DVD's already, and then she want me to PAY HER $20 COD....

What should I do? Should I just ignore Paypal? All of the info were stealth account info except for my bank account.

Did you get the items back? If not let Paypal know that she still has them and appeal the decision.. DOubt you will go very far , but its worth a shot.

You really need to decide whether or not the account is worth it ... Do you believe there is a chance to get unlimited if this were resolved? If so , and you have your merchandise back then I see no reason not to refund..

In the event that you think the account will remain limited and theres not much you can do about getting the limitations lifted then toss the account and move on.

The only thing I would be concerned with at this point is whether or not I could work the account to get the limits lifted.

I don't care about the account, the account was a temporary one. I'm just afraid I might get in trouble with the bank or something.

I never got the items back because she insisted that I reimbursed her for the items, the shipping, and HER shipping, which was a total of $200.

If I won't get in trouble with the law, then I don't really care.
