And if you take all payments as FnF then you will still get added for ID and they sometimes remove the ability to take payment as FnF

The general consesus up until a few days ago was that it only hit accounts made on phones or using mobile browsers. It is now clear that it can hit any account given the right circumstances.

As for your bypass method, I'm 99% sure I know what's involved. Both Paypal and Payoneer use AU10TIX software for live selfie verification. I discovered how to beat it on Payoneer so have no concerns about it on Paypal. ;)
