Face scan on PC

after reading about it and hoping it wouldnt happen, it has happened now. I am being asked to scan face on desktop after getting a limitation. UK account.

anyone has a work around service they offer?

I am using dongle so maybe it is reading my connection as mobile, but I am defo using ONLY desktop. Any tips would be appreciated

yes ppl. and i never used mobile phone for anything. always desktop. request happened after limitation.
