Paypal chargeback problem and close of paypal
 

Hello guys

my friend forwarded this place. i used for good amounts paypal like 5 years never had problems, but one of my clients stolen my parts and done a chargeback for 3500$ i won 3 case in paypal but money they took as told that guy used bank of america and paypal could not help as that was chargeback. i frozen for 3 years that piece and tryed to call talk and etc nothing.

Question do you think worth to buy with pionier new account or simple inject those money to paypal get alive? or i think paypal get 3500 and block me.

your thoughts guys?

are you saying you won with Paypal but your buyer turned to his credit card issuer Bank of America , filed a chargeback and won,so your Paypal account has a negative balance of $3k?
There is Paypal seller protection which will protect you if you have all the tracking and signature confirmation,you must ship to his address as registered with Paypal,if all conditions are met,Paypal should eat the loss.

is there any signature confirmation?it must be signed for,which carrier did you use?
For that kind of money,you should also take out insurance.
But
'nothing they can do 'sounds typical Paypal when the amount is too large to absorb.

Have you considered using a different payment method besides Paypal.
I dont know if it is still available,it is AMZN ONE CLIck,fee is 12%

your account has been frozen for 3 years without action? Why wait so long? Hard to tell but i don't think paying 3500 is going to help...paypal should be protecting you if you had done what agent said - did you ship with tracking and sig confirmation?

Dear sir yes i won 3 times., Paypal saod- we are sorry we can not anything he filled bank chargeback we can not do anything. i told do you supoport criminals?

they say they can not do anything so my account i left negative 2 years like frozen. i dont know what to do? to buy here premium one as i guess mine never bee lifted?

i made couple accounts but after couple months they all been down and message was- we decided to close your new paypal account even that was not on my name.

i even showed screen shots with a fraud and etc but nothing i upload all trackings everything.

guys main thing i sell stuff everyone accept only paypal other methods they affraid.

yes all show delivered all detailed info i showed them. they admited but told paypal wont protect from bank chargeback. 2 times i payed from my pocket similar amounts that was third i told i not pay anymore.

You left the account negative and some time has passed so doubt that PP will want to do anything for you.

You should stealth method and go fresh - let go of the past

1. Is your account USA ? If not which country?

2. Have you read PP's policy about chargebacks?
If they do cover, have you don't the steps that qualifies you for the protection?

3. If the answer is no to both, then the money is gone.


I'd start making stealth accounts, start reading the stealth guide.
Once you get a much better idea, come back here for support and ask questions.

$3500 is a lot of money.

And I don't see a way for you to get that money back.

But they shouldn't just close your account. Best is to call them and talk with them to see if they can reopen the account.

If not, the only way is to make new paypal accounts

they say pay those 3500 that negative in your account i told i wont pay 3rd time as guy stolen from me them making bank chargeback.

but i can ask paypal to get my account back to log in - but is that help? as inside be negative?

I recall back in the old days,when a buyer files a credit card chargeback,Paypal will ask you for your side of the story,tracking and verbal and forward to his bank,it will also try to fight for you,but it never say it will eat the chargeback if you lose.
Now Paypal does not bother to ask you to defend yourself,if you lose,then you will have to pay.
It looks like in your case,you have withdrawn all your fund from your Paypal account so you have a 3K negative balance in your account.
You do not want to use that account,because any payment going into that account would just be used to offset that negative 3k.

yes you are correct. i provided paypal all evidences what i sold how i sended trackings photos of items packaged everything i won paypal cases but chargeback stolen my money. so i was done as it was 3rd time that i payed each time 3k only to hold paypal.
now i need yours help to get a new or old paypal as im not going to support paypal once again..

guys please help. i think new paypal yes. but how you think its real that it wont be blocked getting one or two payments? also who can sell it?

Well the only way is to pay PP back the negative balance, and even if you do the account is so risky anyways,

1. make SURE you buy from this forum's marketplace sellers ONLY.

2. Report any private DM offering you services, those are scams.

3. You can also make your own stealth Paypal accounts at the same time using the stealth guide .

Doing both would do you well IMHO>

You may want to review your business model,selling merchandise $3k,being in Lithuania and eating several chargebacks,it could happen again.
sell in smaller lots and take out insurance

What do you sell?
You do not have to use Paypal,if you have what others do not have ,you can ask for cashier check,intl money order or wiretransfer or even apply for a merchant account to accept credit cards

click search on top of the forum and search for his name.
Only message him if you are having issues with the marketplace seller you already paid.
