Questions regarding Paypal stealth
 

I had 2 questions, if anyone can help me.

The first one being, I want to open a US based personal PayPal stealth account. Do I have to provide a SSN? I don't intend to sell anything or try and get credit or crypto or anything like that. I just wanted to attach a debit/credit card to it to use it to buy things online/other Paypal users.

The 2nd is, what are some low risk items that I can post on eBay to build account rep, as I know some items are considered high/low risk. Also what are some items to avoid?

Paypal will ask for SSN for US paypal account/
Things to sell are low tech,low price boring items,not Iphone,diamond Tiara,Picasso painting,comics are considered high risk by Paypal,not sure if it is with Ebay

Even if it’s a personal account?

What’s an example of a “boring item” for PayPal, like routers or google nest? Just wondering your opinion

Boring items-ink cartridge,postcards,stamps,dunno what is Google nest.
look around the house,someone will chime in after morning coffee.

For a buying only PP, I havent been asked SSN - using it to buy with debit/credit card should be fine without the SSN request.

Google nest is a low end electronic but I could see it being considered kind of popular...problematic...

coupons are safe-supermarket,home depot,starbuck,restaurants,but there are restrictions on how many and not digital

after your build up your account activity, what kind of stuff (category) are you planning to sell?
