Is it possible for someone to win a chargeback...

Let's say that I sent someone something and they actually did recieve the item. Is it possible for them to win a chargeback? Even if they keep the item for themselves? Does the person doing the charge back need to present evidence? How thoroughly do they review the evidence. (IE would they be able to tell if a convo was photoshopped?)

If you could post a reply to answer my question that would be great its urgent.

Chargebacks are put on your credit report. So a scammer can't get away with it for long.
