Help me with UK Paypal account review

Can anyone help me with a (Stealth) UK Paypal account review?

Was triggered when made a sale on Grailed UK.
I plan to refund the order as not risking waiting 180 days for the funds, but is asking me to upload ID and do face verification.

I have the ID but not the face : )

is the face verification requested as live or picture

Looks like PayPal has became much more difficult I’ve set up a few accounts that got hit with live face scan, unless someone on the forum has the work around then not sure what people will do.

is it more in the UK these days then for north america setup? I havent seen it for PP in Canada but I haven't been hit with verification in a long time...

Maybe somebody can look into AI video image changing programs that uses filters to change the face features on a live stream.
