SSN question from another thread
This is from a thread that I was reading in the Everything Else forum, called "Modee's Downfall" from several months ago. It's put up as a sticky in that forum. Quote:

| Since that thread is now locked, and Paypal has apparently stepped up its game in recent months I thought I'd just ask here. Does anyone know if this is still possible? I'm not sure exactly what kind of method they were talking about but I'm surprised they would ever be able to get away with it. |
