opening new PayPal with new address but close will this matter
 

so was banned PayPal few years ago

If I use new details including new address but its only 5 mins from other address even shares similar postcode such as hg19np and now hg1d5j

do you think that alone would flag?

as I know they don't have offices here so maybe they would be able to determine its in a similiar radius?

any advice much appreciated

address is not your problem,but Paypal never delete any closed account -you cannot link the same bank account

that address along would not flag - there are other factors that will link

Sorry to claiifry I meant using same name with diff details and the address similar distance is that an issue

Same name
Different address
Different bank
Different DOB
Different number

Then yes totally fine 99% of the time.

if u change the name abbreviation slightly and use same dob is that a red flag?

So long as the documents for ID needed when requested by PP match the abbreviation that is ok
