Caseywan | 12-17-2009 08:48 PM | Not as Described claim - what if I Return to Sender?? So an idiot buyer trying to rip me off filed a "significantly not as described" claim and won. Now he has mailed it back and PP is going to refund his money once the tracking shows it was delivered.
He shipped it USPS First Class Mail, which may not even show as delivered once it gets delivered to me (which often happens to me when I ship First Class).
BUT, what if when I get the package I return it to sender? USPS "tracking system" may just cause it to show that it was never delivered - think that would work? I may try mailing something locally via First class and having it returned to sender to see what happens. |
