Paypal in Russia via Kazakhstan
 

Hello everyone.

So I live in Russia and I do art commissions (SFW concept art, and very rarely I get erotica requests) as a side business, and after 2022 receiving the money has been tough. Most of my clients are either from US or EU. I earn about 400 USD/month on average (sometimes it's 0 this particular month and 800 usd the next month, the earnings are quite unstable). The average purchase varies from 35 to 250 USD.

I've been doing research on stealth paypal accounts for some time, and I think I've come up with a way to make it work.

1. I've closed my old RU paypal acc, which was no longer functional anyway.
2. I have a debit card in KZ bank, which I'm going to use to receive money from paypal.
3. I'm going to register using my real name and a fresh Russian passport (the travel passport) which I've received about 4 months ago. I'll be using KZ sim registered to same travel passport for registration.
4. As for making the account itself, I plan on setting up a windows VM and use firefox browser with Secure Kit. The sim will be installed into a factory reset android phone. I'm not sure if I should use some average KZ VPN or use SIM VPN for phone.
5. I would avoid sending/receiving money for first 2 weeks, then gradually start receiving small amounts (about 1-5 usd) and ramp it up until I fully transfer my income stream to paypal.

The question is, should I use residental proxy or VPN when registering? The country for proxy/vpn would have to be KZ of course. When using resi proxy, does your IP location have to match the adress you enter when registering?

And overall, what do you guys think about this strategy? Also, any advice on avoiding adress verification would be appreciated.

Make sure Paypal has no problem tranferring your fund to your KZ bank.

IP location should match the country of your account - it doesn't have to be the specific address.

As far as the specific IP goes...I hope other ppl with specific KZ experience comment but you can do a VPN but make sure it's high quality and not cheap/free/potentially reused VPN.

1. follow the stealth guide on making your account.

2. I'd pick a residential ip that corresponds on the country og the account.
USA for USA , canada for canada etc . Regardless of where you live physically
