That's PayPal for you.

Really the seller should have had back up payment processors ready to go.. it's hard to depend solely on PayPal for your business.

Knowing is half the battle, eh, aspkin?

These guys didn't see it coming!

If it weren't so retarded it would be funny!

Right, most people don't know, I didn't know the first time around, but luckily I was able to get past the same type of limitation.

Yeah, no doubt. I'm at my parents house now, visiting for the holidays. I told my dad about my recent PayPal limitation and showed him the messages on my laptop and he's all, "What did you do wrong?"

I LOL'd.

You know, I think I'm really gonna try this...

From the blog comments:

I had some dealings with a limited account in the past. I was able to get them to release my money after contacting the district attorney in Santa Clara, CA (Paypal HQ) and the CA Department of Financial Institutions. I also sent letters to the BBB and the President of Paypal.

I ended up getting my account reinstated, my money released, and 4 apologies for the “misunderstanding”.

I don’t trust them with my money anymore.

If you want more details send me an email, I will share what I can.

Good Luck!

Hehe, well it does get a response from PayPal, but most of the time it's still a no go.

Let us know how it goes though.

I think paypal pulls their pants up on you when you mention the word software anywhere in any type of transaction.
