Question about VCC from wise and Paypal

I have a Wise account based in the EU, and I want to create a PayPal account in a different EU country. Would that work? I tried creating the PayPal account and linking a Wise virtual credit card (VCC), but PayPal isn't verifying it.

Could this issue be with Wise, or is PayPal rejecting the card because the country/address on the PayPal account doesn't match the country/address on the Wise card?

Don't do it... not all VCCs are the same...

Hence why we have VCC sellers here that'll guarantee it'll work and be 100% safe.
