That won’t fix the issue though, I tell them to use F&F so the new pp doesn’t receive a limit asking for ID proof.

Re: Issue with new pp accounts

it is likely a system replacing suspensions so that instead of kicking people out they limit how much they can receive , I am pretty sure this happens only on new accounts or on those without recent payment history

Avoid F&F payment - use goods and services / invoicing

Like I have mentioned before PayPal might block certain features and ask for ID and shipping address which I haven’t got at all because it’s a stealth account.

Yes, this is quite normal PP operation - you had a "shadow" suspension/restriction and now you are stuck - either you have to issue refunds or wait 180 days pending no other issues

transactionproof?
does that mean it has unblocked your incoming payments?

transaction proof?
Proof of transaction?
Does it mean it wants to see the nature of your transaction ,is it really a F & F transaction or Payment and Services transaction?
and how does one go about proving a F & F transaction?

Re: Issue with new pp accounts

paypal works the same way as ebay MP

you want to receive large amounts you have to create selling history

paypal want to see selling and buying history too , only difference is that they allow to use many different channels while ebay allows only one

I think PayPal wants to see proof off transactions and shipping address that I have posted out the items and a valid ID, however it doesn’t matter because I refunded customers and it’s a stealth pp account and yes all transactions are F&F not goods.

That makes sense - nice that you refunded customers - this stealth pp account is done sadly

No point in leaving the money in a stealth pp account if it’s been blocked by pp, I need to find out why my customers can’t send payment like normal they keep getting this error message when trying to send I think it’s my ip address.

I asked ipburger which is the best plan for creating stealth pp and they said to get Starter Plan 7 GB Premium Residential Proxies which is $79 per month and they guarantee it will work - but im not sure to spend $79 and it doesn’t work.

Do you have friends who could help you?or relatives?
what error message did they get?
I thought you are the one who gets Paypal message, not your buyer?
I dont know if this will work in UK,here in US we have bank to bank transfer, and it is free, called Auomated Clearing House ACH-you open a bank account for this purpose only, they go to their online banking site and transfer money to that account,it is free,it may take 1-2 days to show up.

Ok im not sure on bank account but I have bought myself a bank account from a verified uk seller and will update,

However im quite sure im getting the error message on PayPal when my customers try sending me payments due to my ip address, if it’s not ip address im not sure if I should use PayPal because they have been bad lately.

Re: Issue with new pp accounts

I thought you said your buyers get message as well.
I saw your Paypal message,it said the payment may not be safe?
WHat do your buyers use -credit card or Paypal fund?
If they are using credit card and you are selling digital goods with no tracking, they can always file chargeback with their credit card issuer, then you will lose and pay a fine of $20?
are they using virtual card, prepaid cards?

Re: Issue with new pp accounts

Going to be tough to ask each customer what their payment source is and investigate, etc

Thats why Paypal is doing it for him, saying these payments are not safe.
I looked up Paypal F & F last night, sender can use credit card instead of bank account fund, there is a fee involved ,either 4% or 40 cents, cant recall.

Few people are getting this error message payment may not be safe.
Some buyers can send full payment and others can't at all.

The buyers who can’t send full amount at once I tell them to try sending in £5 & £10 and that works sometimes, and some can send £5 and after that they try sending the rest & same error pops up again - payment may not be safe.

Not sure if they’re using credit card or Paypal funds, i used to never have this issue last year so not sure why it matters now what funds they’re using for new PayPal accounts unless PayPal changed their policy for new accounts.

Yes im selling digital goods without tracking info, not sure if they use credit card or bank account or PayPal funds will need to ask them when it fails to send.

Re: Issue with new pp accounts

Ask them if they are buying virtual credit cards online.
Fraudsters will steal our cc data and buy these cards and sell them quickly at a deep discount, when the cardholder finds out ,he will file chargeback.
