Paypal account.

I have set up a new Paypal account. New bank account. New real address. Do I really need VCC or i can go with my bank debit/credit card for pp and ebay verification. Thank you :attention:

A VCC acts the same way a credit card does. Typically a VCC is used when you don't want them to have your actual debit card, but if it's tied to that bank account, I'm sure you're fine with it. If you don't want a 3rd person involved, or don't know how to create a VCC, use that debit card. But if your account is lost, make sure the account and card are closed after you get your money.
