Paypal July UPDATE!
 

PayPal has optimized their system,a lot this month with a new set of "anti stealth" rules.
but I don't know how I haven't heard anything about this from you yet. Recently, if you create a new account from a good IP, when you access from a different IP class or via a VPN, you're doomed. Login ban. Old accounts don't have any issues, but new ones do. Surprise, even for old accounts — if you use them after a dedicated IP or a VPN when trying to make a payment for the first time, you'll get a "Sorry, we can't send" message. Try again? The account gets blocked immediately. Reason: "questionable manner of usuing our services", what's next? Hosting VPS IPs were good till today ... you won't get blocked at logging, but the moment you pay. from balance, or from card. cookies are ok , i always keep them.

I used to use VPN from 2015-2019, ever since then I realized its not worth using. Even back in 2018 I remember both Paypal and eBay directly telling me on the phone they could see I was using a VPN. They don't like it, never have. It's just not worth using anymore.

The best way to make a account IMO is have a real IP, static IP you can have stability with. That means you're using the account long term, not just recycling it after a few weeks.

now all datacenters IPs are blocked. i am asking myself how came there is no people complaining about it here. are the IPs from ipburgers so good? some people sell 4G/5g PROXIES LINES.

I don't understand what the issue is here - I signed up my ebay account using a mobile ip and it is ok so far but I have seen here others recommend ipburger also

Yes, i also never used any VPN when using paypal - i think it is another surefire way to be limited

They withdrew.... Now you can connect again and pay peacefully after using a VPN, if the account is old and have cookies.. They blocked a few of my accounts.

they saw many people use VPNs...

Here's a clarification, most VPN providers have abused IPs.

If you create an account with this then yes you'll get nailed.

IPburger offers VPN and Residential IP.
You can make your accounts with the residential IP and you'll be fine.

None of my accounts have been suspended .... ZERO. And I'm using them on Amazon.

Back in the old days I used one cheap VPN account to create and run many many accounts. But things are different now, you can run accounts on VPN but to create one they seem not to like VPN any longer

What about ipburger and 24vc VPN can you not use them to create stealth accounts anymore?
