Paypal - we need more information about your business
 

Got hit with a "we need to know more about your business" suspension after i sent someone an invoice Last week and they paid it

The business is based around drop shipping and shall we say neither here nor there legally very difficult to provide supplier product invoices for

Paypal wanted

My personal ID
Proof of fufillment
Supplier invoices
Tell us more about your business activity

I uploaded my passport and answered all the other stuff with very vague answers ( other than fulfilment because I did actually have that )

For supplier invoices I just said both products are from my personal collection and receipts aren't available.

For details about the business I literally wrote about 3 lines and sent them a link to my instagram page and gave a bogus warehouse address

Within an hour of submitting it all I had an email to my account was reactivated

I don't know what this was about or why it was resolved so quickly but I'm assuming this account is now pretty solid for the future !?!

Certainly it is more solid because you took the needed steps - hopefully won't get reflagged...can never be 100%. Good idea to have backup accounts, rotate the sales, and verify them as well if they get requested - it's one approach...

If you keep selling similar items in similar price range,it could come back and ask again.
Are you using stock photo or take your own picture?
are you selling popular items,new or like new ?
