Closed a stealth PayPal
 

Hello all I closed a stealth account myself and ever since then I been having issues with receiving funds, is this problem related to the account closure and if so will it go back to normal after some time?. Screenshot is attached below of the issue.

I have never closed a gaypal account ever and I have made hundreds over the years, I just abandon them if needed

You closed your paypal account, but you're still receiving funds in it??

Yes I used to abandon them too after few times usage.

Yes I closed one off my stealth PayPal accounts and since that account closure I been having issues receiving funds in new accounts.

No funds are going in that account the account I closed down myself is gone, im trying to say when I create a new stealth PayPal im having problems receiving funds.

Are you doing a lot of F&F activity in your pp accounts?

Yes I am still using F&F in my new stealth PayPal accounts.

Because whenever I have told customers to send with G&S Payment gaypal ends up limiting the account straight away after the G&S transaction and they want to see valid ID proof and shipping address which I don’t have on me.

It's kinda odd you're having trouble receiving on your new accounts though....

I'm assuming you made them the same way you have made all your successful accounts in the past?

I just remembered..... is it possible they flagged your buyer's account instead of yours?

This has happened to me but a long time ago

If it's the same "buyer" account sending funds via F&F...that could be the issue on new accounts. PP is pretty strong on monitoring flagged accounts

Yes i make all my stealth PayPal accounts the same way like I always do, create them on same device and same router IP Address.

Only thing new is used to create the stealth accounts myself is new billing address and new SIM card.

So a while back I had a payment flagged and held.

The buyer's account was deemed risky. Got nothing to do with me whatsoever.

I had the buyer take the money back and resent it with no problem.

One time, this might work but OP is doing multiple times and F&F on top of that - it seems.

So this behaviour is likely causing pattern recognition and issues with PP

Sorry Quoting back to #10 post when I create a new account customers try sending me payment through F&F on PayPal and they get the error message on there screen.

And I have no problem with PayPal taking there fees with G&S, but whenever I have told a customer to send payment with G&S PayPal seems to limit that transaction and ask for ID proof which I don’t have for my stealth accounts.

If PayPal are limiting their new customers accounts then PayPal will lose their customers.

That doesn't make sense...... this shouldn't happen unless the account is flagged for whatever reason

The accounts i create are not flagged I know how to check if the account gets flagged click on the bell icon and I have 0 notifications so definitely not flagged or limited.

However couple of months ago I decided to create a new PayPal account with my laptop instead So I did and I bought a 1 month fresh guaranteed plan from 24vc and created a new user on my laptop so No previous cookies linked and let the acc age for 2weeks and it worked perfectly So after collecting few payments decided to send funds to my real PayPal and payment went through to my PayPal.

And I decided to use same account once again to collect money before i create a new acc with 24cv again and told a customer to send money and the error message occurred again.

And since that day this method hasn’t worked anymore creating on my laptop using 24vc
