PayPal Gave Out Home Phone To Customer?!?!

This is a first - I had a customer who could not remember if she ordered from us or not and ended up calling PayPal to get contact info. In turn PayPal gives out my home phone number for her. This was on a merchant account that has an 800 number attached to it. :suspicious:

I about dropped dead when she told me this, what gives is this new PayPal policy for the new year. Jerks! :mad2:

The new changes in January are going to be sticky. Few things will be altered. :ranger:

Not the first time paypal have given a phone number :rolleyes:
