Makeing a New paypal and sending $1,500
 

I am making a new paypal account since my old one got limited 2 weeks ago and I send the money using my bank account which I did not want too do I wanted to use my creaited card but paypal automaticly charge my bank and next day reversed the transaction and the bank do not have funds to cover it snd they tried to take it out after limt my account and I got overdraft $200 on my us bank account I forget if I can only use a credited a card Since I do not want this happen again :/

Are you trying to pay your eBay fees with a bank account that is on a limited paypal account? Did your link a new paypal account with the same eBay account that had a limited paypal account attached to it? eBay will let you pay for fees with a credit card, but you have to put the credit card on file with them.

Ok this is nothing to do with ebay. It is just New paypal account and sending money the amount is $1,500 and i`m using a credited card do you think I`ll get limted or the transaction get reversed
