cant make payments
 

Hey guys lately I cant make payments from my paypal and spend the balance. I get some stupid error. Its definitely not a verification problems. Its just my payments are getting blocked. Id understand if card payments were blocked but this is actual balance that I am trying to spend. I contacted them they said there is some block and to wait 72 hours but its been going on for 1 month.

Payment of under 20 usually goes through but anything over 100 is blocked. This can be ebay payment, paypal payment or any other website, they all getting blocked.

Is anyone else running into this? or is it my setup thats causing this. My cookies are blocked on my setup so maybe thats the issue.. but it was fine for years until now.

there was a huge system upgrade that happened a month or two ago and it really affected paypal holders..something to do with direct debit breaches...lots of unauthorized payments from peoples bank accounts via paypal... so this upgrades really affecting alot of things.This is the only explaination i could possibly give you at this point.

Is this block coming out of a bank acct or into a bank account? Usually if it's a PayPal freeze it will give a error description...

It is payment made from her buyers,she wants to spend that money but it was blocked.
First,if it is for buying something from you,do you have tracking to show it has been shipped?
Are they paymemt for digital goods ?
What are you selling,are you familiar with Paypal AUP restrictions?
Is the buyer or buyers from foreign countries?say from Middle East,Eastern Europe,Africa or small islands ?

the security system is definitely blocking it...many factors, could be your ip has changed, not consistent...this can trigger it...could be a recent change of your info.. billing, phone no etc...could be youve tried making that payment multiple times in a short space of time...but once that system block happens...it usually needs 72 hours to reset..id go as far as giving it 75 lol...but dont attempt another time before as it just continues and youd find yourself in a vicious cycle of being in a loop..

also let the ip be consistent so on the 75th hour, its still the same as the last time of the failed try, so it doesnt trigger again. then try spending just a little bit from the balance, not the whole thing straight away.it would work if all these steps are followed...this is just for the balance spend get around..



as for spending from ur linked cc...thats a diff ball game for amounts over 100..the system block on that atm is too strong and im still working on it.

KODE332, just to clarify - the pp account is UK based and fully verified/confirmed?

When this happened to me, I needed to add a credit card as payment source.
