How can i force paypal limit?

Hello so my personal paypal account got deactivated today.
how can i force the limit on a new fresh paypal account so i can verify etc before i start using it ?

I've done this by getting in touch with them after creating my account.
Worked a few times, then eBay removed PayPal completely for sellers :d

Force the limit? Are you fully verifying and confirming the account?

Give it a go. Just contact them and tell them you'd like to verify your identity.
They should trigger the check after that.

Though you should be aware that nowadays they do proper live KYC, not like in the past where you could just upload photos of your ID.
