I used to make lots of US paypal accounts and then do ID verification and all. Last time i checked back in 2019-20. People were openly selling paypal stealth accounts in many forums.

I have come back now and have noticed almost all forums have prohibited users to sell such accounts.

Has anything changed or new rules has been made regarding this? What i'm missing.

Understandable. Asking for refund is stupid if you don't know how to use such accounts. Mostly people don't warm up the accounts and directly starts moving funds.


I have used many stealth paypal accounts. Never had such problems. Many of my accounts lasted atleast an year average.

If by "fully verified" you are referring to VBAs, then you are very much out of touch. These days any Paypal account can be verified by adding and confirming a card OR a bank account.

I sell fully verified (card confirmed and ID confirmed) UK Paypal accounts, both personal and business.

PayPal has changed a lot recently. They are asking for Live photo of ID and live selfie clicked from phone camera in their verification software to create account or at the time of limitation. Only a real person can do that or there are many bypass methods which are very difficult. That is why stealth PayPal are now tuff and disappearing.
