Hello, since April i can not receive any payment to my pp through Invoice or request or anything from pp to pp.. particular one country pp to my indian pp.. account is new..

You should provide more details for discussion of the issue - what were you selling? Was your pp fully verified and confirmed?

Selling goods and services (Cameras and lens) My account is fully verified.. but still buyer can not make payment through invoice or request.. they got system error while click on pay now..

And the buyer is located in which country? Other sales are coming in ok?

Buyer located from france portugal and UK.. none can pay invoice or requested monry payment.. they got system error.. i mean some security system is blocking the payment

It looks like India has some restrictions .
are your customers paying with their bank accounts?
take a look at what they can use,no bank account mentioned

it is likely limitations on new accounts , paypal do this often unannounced

All good now.. buyer tried with Virtual Cc or debit card so its denied by system but now with physical card they can make payment.. thank you for all attentions.. guys

Sometimes paypal would actually limit the buyer, not the seller.

There you go - the buyer was trying with an "unacceptable" form of payment (in pp's eyes anyhow) - this makes more sense.
