Buying gift cards with stealth PayPal?
 

I’ve seen some suggesting this before but how is this possible when almost every gift card shop accepting PayPal require ID video verification?

Is this outdated advice or is it still possible somehow?

Anything really. I was first thinking of airbnb.

Many months ago, or a year, someone advised me to buy gold from Ebay.

So I tried but the actual delivery address was seen by paypal and because of the mismatch, (since it's a stealth account based in another country than where I'm usually present) PayPal cancelled it. I haven't tried to buy anything from ebay since.

Ebay now has its own MP payment,Paypal is one of the payment methods,you can use your credit card instead

what? It's a stealth PayPal account. I don't have credit card attached to it.

Of course, if I want to buy gold I can use my personal credit card or bank transfer, but this is about finding ways to cash out from my stealth PayPal account.

Haven't tried it - likely a fully verified and confirmed pp account for payment

Just like it cancels any order.
One can ask Paypal to send a money order to confirmed address ,does it still work?

Curious though, why use paypal to buy these gift cards?
Why not just buy it normally

It is a stealth account and she has no bank linked to transfer the fund,so buy some gift cards ! and then find a way to raise some cash using those gift cards,thats my understanding.
There is a person on this board who can help you unlock your paypal fund?

Receive Money by Check
f you don’t want to transfer electronically, you can request a check to be mailed to your address. Checks typically arrive within 5-10 business days.

How to Request a Check:

Go to Transfer Money.
Select Request a check by mail (fee applies for personal accounts without a linked PayPal Balance account).
Enter the amount you want to withdraw (minimum: $1.51 USD).
Click Next.
Review your transfer details, then click Request Now.
Click Done.
Keep in mind:
The mailing address must match your PayPal account details.
Checks cannot be sent to PO boxes.

Note: If you don’t deposit your check within 180 days of issuance, we’ll return the funds to your PayPal account. In this case, the withdrawal fee will not be refunded.

I explained it earlier. This is a stealth account and I'm looking for ways to cash out and cover my expenses with the account.

Does every store selling gift card require ID video verification nowadays?

I dont think it will work in your country,but you can have a PAYPAL debit card and get money from WMT and other places,you can also deposit the fund in a bank connected to Paypal,cant recall the name of the bank,if there is a branch near you,you can even walk into that branch and get cash.
But this may be limited to US or may be Canada.
