"Paypal" group on facebook?
 

You guys, this is weird.. either some people are playing a really coordinated joke, or the employees at Paypal are even dumber than I had previously thought.

There is a group on facebook simply called "Paypal" whose description reads:

"For people who are or have been affiliated with PayPal."

Meanwhile, Paypal has enforced a policy for a while now that warns its employees to never disclose their last names. So much for that.. (if this group is for real) The group currently has 120 members, and the groups creator is located in Silicon Valley. Also, he is a part of the "Paypal" facebook network (yes, they apparently have their own facebook network now) which does not allow page views from anyone outside of that network.

Lol, I never got into the facebook thing, but it sounds interesting.

I don't get very into it, but when you're in college it's almost a necessary evil. ;)

x2, yeah they have something similar to that on facebook too! I hadn't seen the myspace one as I don't use myspace, though. In any case, I wonder if this is something I should be speaking up about.. in my experience I've found the average joe-blo on the street is completely ignorant about Paypal's corrupt business practices.
