Payment Pending
 

I had received 300$ and they say my payment is pending. Is this because I am not verified?

Is it an echeck?

I dont think it is. It says Under review from paypal.

Oh okay, the payment is just being reviewed by PayPal then. There is a concern with your buyer and once they clear it (usually in a day), the funds will be released.

No worries, just don't send out whatever you sold until it clears.

You can have the buyer contact PayPal to clear the hold faster.

No it's not on your end, it's on the buyers end.

But it is a good idea for you to become verified though.

I had this happen when i paid for a item non ebay it was for $350 it went under review and then 24 hours later it went through.

Where you verified? because I dont believe this happens with verified users.
